This website provides information about Vostra. Booking and payments will happen in the apps. There is no account registration on this website, and we do not ask you to upload identity documents here.
When you contact us, we may receive your contact details and the information you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your enquiry.
Hosting and analytics
Our hosting provider may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as request and connection information. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it will be used to understand website use. TO CONFIRM: analytics configuration and service-provider processing terms.
External services
Email and WhatsApp links open external services, which apply their own privacy terms. App store links will be added when available.
The planned apps
The planned rider and driver apps involve information such as contact details, trip locations and records, driver documents, and payment information. This draft does not confirm the final app data practices.
TO COMPLETE BEFORE APP LAUNCH: the data controller’s full legal identity and contact details, data collected, processing purposes and legal bases, permissions, payment handling, providers, transfers, retention periods, security measures, age rules and deletion process.
